Click the "..." icon on the file card and select "Download." This allows you to save original images or documents to your local device for offline use.
Step 2: Edit for Better AI Context
Select "Edit" to modify the file name and description. Adding specific details helps the AI understand and utilize the material more effectively during generation.
Step 3: Add Tags and Filter by Category
Adding Tags:
Select "Edit Tags," type a new category name (e.g., "Product Image"), and press Enter to confirm and save.
Using Tags:
Click the "Tags" dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Select a tag to instantly filter and display only the relevant assets.
Step 4: Permanent Deletion
To remove outdated materials, select "Delete" and confirm. This permanently removes the file from the cloud, freeing up storage and keeping your workspace organized.
