Add content to your Knowledge Base

You can add content to QuickCreator from two main sources: local documents and web pages.

1. Import local documents

If your company's existing content is in the form of files such as PDF or Word documents, you can upload it directly.

Upload File:

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base interface.

  2. Click the "Upload" button, or simply drag and drop your files into the designated area.

  3. the system supports various document formats, including PDF and Word.

NOTE

  1. File Size Limit: Please ensure that individual files do not exceed [e.g., 20MB]. Larger files may fail to upload or significantly increase processing time.

  2. Supported Formats: Currently, the Knowledge Base supports PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Other formats, such as Excel or PowerPoint, are not supported at this time.

  3. Processing Time: The parsing process may take a few minutes, depending on the length of the document or webpage.

2. Linking Webpages

If you want QuickCreator to use content from an existing website or specific pages, you can import them via URL.

How to Import:

  1. Locate the "Website Link" field in the interface.

  2. Paste the URL of the page you wish to import.

  3. The system will automatically perform Smart Content Cleaning. This process removes headers, icons, and visual clutter, preserving only high-quality text and core visual elements to ensure the AI focuses on relevant information.

How to Use

Once files or links are added to your Knowledge Base, the system will automatically search and retrieve relevant content from your library when generating articles.

💡 Tips: After uploading, you can preview and manage your materials to ensure the content has been parsed correctly.
