The search and filtering function of QuickCreator can instantly locate information in massive materials. Enter keywords to retrieve, filter through the "Documents", "Images", and "Web Links" tabs, and click to preview or open completely for viewing.

It makes scattered materials within reach, improves efficiency, enables ease when creating or accessing materials, and quickly references accurate and reliable materials.

Step 1: Execute Global Search

Enter the Knowledge Base interface and type the core keyword you want to find in the top search bar.

The system will immediately perform a fuzzy match on titles and content across all assets (documents, images, links) and display all relevant results.

💡Tip: Search results are intelligently sorted based on keyword relevance, prioritizing highly relevant content to ensure you can quickly find the most valuable information.

Step 2: Apply Category Filters

Filter by Asset Type After the search results are displayed, click the category tabs below the search bar to filter:

  • Click "Documents":

Displays only Word, PDF, etc. Click to preview the document content directly in a floating window.

  • Click "Images":

Displays only relevant image assets. Click to view image details.

  • Click "Web Links":

Displays only saved URLs. Click to jump directly to the external webpage.

Step 3: View Details & Access Content

Click on any result card to open the Detail Window.

  • For Documents & Links: A popup will appear showing file info. Click the "Open in New Window" button inside the popup to access the full document or external webpage.

For Images: The image will expand directly for a clear preview.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Q: Does the search only match file names, or does it also search the text inside documents?

A: It searches both. The system scans file names as well as the actual text content within your documents and web pages to ensure you don't miss any relevant information.

  2. Q: How are results sorted if I enter multiple keywords?

A: Results are intelligently sorted by relevance. Instead of a random list, the system prioritizes the most highly relevant content to help you find valuable information quickly.

  3. Q: Can I re-sort the search results by upload time?

A: Currently, the system automatically prioritizes results by relevance to ensure accuracy. You can, however, use the category tabs (Documents, Images, Web Links) to quickly filter and locate specific types of assets.

  4. Q: When I access a web link, do I see a saved snapshot or the live page?

A: You will see the real-time content. Clicking a web link in the Knowledge Base opens the live URL in a new browser tab, ensuring you are viewing the most up-to-date version of the page.
