How to Install the QuickCreator Plugin in WordPress and Publish Content

This guide walks you through three things:

  1. Installing the plugin

  2. Connecting your QuickCreator workspace

  3. Publishing articles from QuickCreator to WordPress

Install the QuickCreator Agent Plugin from the WordPress Marketplace

In your WordPress admin dashboard, click Plugins in the left sidebar.

Click the Add Plugin button at the top.

Search for QuickCreator Agent.

Find the plugin in the results and click Install Now.

After installation, click Activate.

In the left sidebar, open QuickCreator Agent.

Click Connect QuickCreator Agent.

A new browser window will open and redirect you to the QuickCreator authorization page.

Select the workspace you want to link, then confirm the connection. Once connected, WordPress can securely receive content generated in QuickCreator.

Choose the editor format that matches your WordPress setup (e.g., Gutenberg Editor / Elementor).

Publish Content from QuickCreator to WordPress

You can push content to your WordPress site in two ways.

Option 1 — Publish from the Article List

  1. Open 'My Content' in QuickCreator.

  2. Find the article you want to publish.

  3. Click More options and then find Publish.

Option 2 — Publish from the Editor

  1. Open the article inside the editor.

  2. Click the Publish button in the top-right corner.

Pre-publish Settings

Configure status, category, author, or other settings if needed. Then click "Publish".
